Hey neighbors! It’s been over a month since we last wrote and we have lots to communicate so we’ll get right to it.

NFN Events:

• THERE IS NO EVENT TONIGHT. Our birthday bash has been moved to Tuesday, October 3rd, 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the MilkyWay. My apologies for any inconvenience.
• Next Neighborhood Social Monday September 11th, 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the amazing Alchemist Lounge. Free tasty aps – no cover.
• Next Community Organizing Meeting / 2 Year Birthday Bash. Tuesday, October 3rd, 7:00 to 9:00 PM, MilkyWay Lounge and Lanes, 405 Center Street. More details to come.

NFN Announcements:

• PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE vote for NFN in the “Best of JP” for Neighborhood association or organization (no office).
• Project Leaders, please promptly reply to  Paul Daigle and Alison Rogers who will be asking you for a quick report on your projects in preparation for our 2^nd birthday bash.
• Refreshed and re-organized website.
• New NFN Calendar.
• Thank you to all the volunteers who helped out at the Mozart Park, National Night Out Celebration.
• Thank you to Mike’s Fitness who ran a kids jump rope contest. You can still get the $349.00/yr membership. Make a minimum $10 donation to NFN, print the receipt and take it to Mike’s.
